        มาตรา ๗๖* ผู้ใดอายุตั้งแต่สิบแปดปีแต่ยังไม่เกินยี่สิบปี กระทำการอันกฎหมายบัญญัติเป็นความผิด ถ้าศาลเห็นสมควรจะลดมาตราส่วนโทษที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นลงหนึ่งในสามหรือกึ่งหนึ่งก็ได้

          Section 76. If any person over eighteen years of age but not over twenty years of age commits an act that is an offense as provided by law, the court, if it sees fit, may commute the scale of punishment provided for such offense by one-third or one-half.
